Precision and Versatility for Laboratory NeedsDesigned to meet the demanding requirements of laboratories, this bacteriological incubator features a reliable heating system, accurate analog temperature control, and adjustable shelves to accommodate varied sample sizes. The double-walled insulation ensures thermal efficiency, while the stainless steel interior is easy to clean and corrosion-resistant.
Designed for Safety and User ConvenienceSafety is prioritized through over-temperature protection, while observation is simple thanks to the acrylic glass window. The epoxy-coated exterior and robust construction contribute to long-term durability, making it an excellent investment for Indian distributors, exporters, and laboratory professionals.
FAQ's of Incubators Bacteriological:
Q: How does natural convection air circulation work in the BI-90 bacteriological incubator?
A: Natural convection in the BI-90 incubator allows heated air to circulates gently, providing even temperature distribution inside the chamber without the use of fans, making it ideal for sensitive microbiological applications.
Q: What benefits do the adjustable and removable shelves provide?
A: The incubator offers two or three removable shelves, depending on size, allowing flexible arrangement of samples and easy cleaning. This adaptability is especially useful when working with various sample containers or larger items.
Q: When should over-temperature protection be utilized?
A: Over-temperature protection is an automatic safety feature that activates if the chamber exceeds the set temperature, helping prevent damage to sensitive samples and equipment. It works continuously during all standard operations.
Q: Where can this incubator be used, and what applications is it best suited for?
A: The BI-90 is designed for laboratory, microbiology, and pathology environments. It is commonly used in educational institutions, research centers, hospitals, and industrial labs for cultivating bacteria and other microorganisms.
Q: What is the process for setting the desired temperature in the incubator?
A: Set the incubator's temperature using the analog capillary thermostat. Simply adjust the knob to your target temperature, within a range of 5C above ambient up to 60C. The analog display shows your set value for easy monitoring.
Q: How does the BI-90 ensure consistent and accurate heating?
A: The incubator uses a 250W nichrome wire heating element and 50mm glass wool insulation for efficient heat retention and distribution. Combined with a high-quality capillary thermostat, it maintains a stable temperature with 1C accuracy.
